Hyperplasticizers series HYPER are a new generation plasticizers based on polycarboxylate ester with a high water-reducing effect.
Main advantages of hyperplasticizers:
- reduction of water consumption by 30% – 40%;
- reduction of cement consumption up to 30%;
- obtaining self-compacting concrete;
- reduction of energy consumption for heat treatment of concrete.
Application of hyperplasticizers in the concrete mixture allows:
- to increase mobility of concrete mixture from S2 to S5 without reducing a strength of concrete;
- to reduce rigidity of very dry concrete mixture (VEBE time >31sec) to mobility S2 without increasing consumption of water and cement;
- to reduce duration of vibration compaction of concrete mixture by 2-4 times.
