POLOGY CHEMICAL PLANT “COAGULANT” ALC is Ukrainian innovative chemical company that specializes in development and industrial adaptation of modern technologies in the field of water and wastewater treatment, sludge thickening and dewatering by application of in house manufactured products.
The company carries out a full production cycle of special chemicals for use in the processes of:
- industrial wastewater treatment of circulating water cooling systems of open and closed type;
- washing and disinfecting surfaces of food production equipment;
- maintaining the constancy of the water-chemical regime of private and public swimming pools;
- technological processing of mineral ore and non-metallic raw materials with subsequent improvement in the quality of transportation of finished products;
- giving new properties to concrete and reinforced concrete structures – increased strength, hydrophobicity, mobility of concrete mass, frost resistance, etc.
- purification and demulsification of crude oil.
Our company is constantly expanding its product line, using its own scientific potential in combination with the production experience of leading specialized companies in the European Union, Australia and China.

1940
POLOGY CHEMICAL PLANT “COAGULANT” ALC was founded in the city Pology
1999
POLYPROM Group became major shareholder of POLOGY CHEMICAL PLANT “COAGULANT” ALC
2000
The manufacture of Al2(SO4)3∙nН2О with the content of AL2O3 at the level of 17% and PAC with a relative basicity index ranging from 33 to 83% under the POLVAK trademark was commenced;
2007
Reconstruction of the plant: annual production of aluminum sulfate increased to 100,000 tons, PAC up to 40,000 tons;
2009
The industrial production of PAC under the brand name Pro-AQUA is commenced;
2010
POLOGY CHEMICAL PLANT “COAGULANT” ALC is certified in accordance with ISO 9001: 2008;
2011
The production of EXTRAFLOCK ™ organic coagulants and flocculants is commenced; production of PAC-10 (with a basic substance content of 15% in terms of Al2O3) under the brand POLVAK-68 is commenced;
2013
The production of Fer-AQUA ™ iron-based coagulants and FROGGY ™ pool care reagents, as well as special-purpose reagents - FOSFOTERM, POLYPAV and AMOPOL was started;
2014
The production of specialized reagents is commenced to ensure the constancy of water-chemical regimes in circulating water cooling systems of open and closed type - ITS WATER ™ RSW;
2015
Industrial production of cleaners and disinfectants - ITS WATER ™ CDS was started;
2016
ITS Carbon project is launched;
2018
Cooperation is commenced with a manufacturer of chemicals for the oil and gas industry - Chemiphase Ltd. (Great Britain); The company has implemented the WMS “Logistics: Warehouse Management” warehouse accounting system.
2019
POLOGY CHEMICAL PLANT “COAGULANT” ALC received certificates of an integrated management system according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, as well as a HALAL certificate; Implementation of an automated process control system in the production of Fer-AQUA ™ iron-based coagulants is completed; The company began to produce reagents for concrete under the brand name CHEMYSTON;
2020
The planned reconstruction of the production of aluminum sulfate has been completed, which provides for the transition to an environmentally friendly technology for the autoclave synthesis of Al2(SO4)3∙nН2О with subsequent crystallization of the final product using a specialized steel conveyor.

Warehouse accounting automation
In 2018, the company introduced the WMS “Logistics: Warehouse Management” warehouse accounting system.
WMS monitors the availability of the necessary assortment and the quantity of goods in stock, in accordance with the list of customer orders. It contributes to the continuous and timely execution of all requests. Automated inventory of goods in the warehouse using WMS allows you to track the movement of goods along the entire supply chain by understanding such characteristics of the product as – expiration date, production date, customer ID, serial number and batch composition.
The warehouse management software package allows you to increase the speed of order processing without loss of quality of service.
When choosing a storage location for goods, the automated system takes into account the requirements for indoor air humidity, temperature, shelf life, term of realization, compatibility rules and other parameters.
