APPLICATION:
As aqueous solutions with 0,05 – 0,5% concentration. Please contact our engineers to get extra information regarding the use of organic coagulants EXTRAFLOCKТМ™
FIELD OF USE:
Potable water preparation, thickening and dewatering of sludge formed during the treatment of municipal sewage and industrial wastewater; fiber retention during the manufacture of paper and cardboard.
GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS OF ORGANIC COAGULANTS:
- High cationic charge required for destabilization of negatively charged colloidal particles and rapid flocculation;
- Relatively low viscosity ensures good distribution of polymer in treated water.
ORGANIC COAGULANTS HELP TO:
- Reduce time for flakes formation;
- Reduce the need for inorganic coagulants;
- Reduce amount of sludge produced by coagulation-flocculation process;
- Increase dewatering capacity of sludge;
- Improve efficiency and stability of water purification.
TRANSPORT AND PACKAGING :
Organic coagulants are packed in 25 kg bags with polyethylene inlay or in 700-800 kg big-bags (for powder) and IBC containers of 1 m3 (for emulsions). Transportation of flocculants is made by all transportation means in accordance to freight transportation regulations applicable for this type of transportation.
STORAGE:
Flocculants of all types are kept in producer’s packing away from acids, alkalis, combustible materials and strong oxidizers. Moisture should be avoided.
WARRANTY SHELF LIFE:
Solid matters – 24 months from production date, liquids – 6 months from production date. After opening the product should be used within 4 weeks from the opening date.
