In connection with the increase in capacity of modern boiler equipment and the growth of requirements for the quality and parameters of water, the organization of the water-chemical regime is of particular importance.
Physico-chemical preparation of water for heating equipment circuits combines a set of measures ensuring reliable operation of structural materials of boilers, heat exchangers, heating networks and steam turbines, as well as preventing their corrosion destruction, the formation and accumulation of mineral and biological deposits on the surfaces of equipment in contact with steam and water.
This set of activities includes:
- Preparation of make-up water;
- Cleaning of turbines and production condensate;
- Stabilization treatment of feed and boiler water;
- Processing of cooling water and water entering heat networks;
- Preservation of thermomechanical equipment.
Provision of physico-chemical water treatment and stabilization is possible by application of a complex of specially developed products, namely ITS WATER RSW.
Products for boiler water treatment and preparation:
- Antiscalants for prevention of deposits formation in boiler systems;
- Products for the bonding of carbon dioxide, amines based;
- Products based on film-forming amines;
- Products for oxygen removal;
- Complex reagents;
- Dispersants;
- Products for conservation for not operational period;
- Antifreezes.
Places of application:
- Industrial thermal power plants and waste heat boilers;
- Condensation thermal power stations;
- Boilers in the food industry;
- Water boilers and heating networks.
Problem solving:
- Prevention of sedimentation and under-slurry corrosion
- Oxygen and carbon dioxide corrosion;
- Reduced erosion and conservation.
