POLYPAV COMPOSITION TREATMENT TECHNOLOGY OF AGLOMERATION MIXTURE MIXTURE PROVIDES:
- Reduction of the dust content of agglomeration gases by at least 10%;
- Reduction of loss of valuable small fractions of sintering charge;
- Reduction of water consumption for pellets;
- Increasing the performance of the sinter plant
- Reduction of consumption of solid fuel in the composition of the charge;
- Reducing payments for air pollution.
Recommendations for use:
Pelletizing in sinter production – 0.5 ÷ 2% aqueous solution of POLYPAV-C16 irrigation or foam.
PACKAGING AND TRANSPORT:
Capacities polymeric in volume from 5 dm3 to 60 dm3, containers polymeric in volume 1000 dm3. To clarify the issues of transportation and storage of POLYPAV compositions, contact the engineers for the introduction of the reagents.
STORAGE CONDITIONS:
The compositions should be stored in a closed container in covered, dry, cool storage rooms equipped with supply and exhaust ventilation, away from sources of heat, ignition, open flames, and separately from incompatible substances – oxidizers, acids and alkalis.
Warranty period of storage:
In the closed container of the manufacturer – 6 months from the date of manufacture. After opening the container, the product should be used within four weeks of opening.
